UNUSED: Lots whilst they may not have been used before are NOT Sold as new;

Ex-Display: previously a display model from a retail showroom or other;

Ex-Showhouse: utilised to fitout a showhouse on one or more occasions (can be subject to unpackaged transportation scuffs, etc.);

Used:

    Grade A: used but in good condition;
    Grade B: there may be some light cosmetic damage (scratches & scuffs);
    Grade C: excessive or significant scratches, paint chips or dents;

Returns: retail & trade returned products & other;

Reconditioned: returns that have been subjected to overhaul or repair;

Closure / Liquidation Contents: e.g. the entire contents of a restaurant that has been closed or subject to a liquidation;

Trade Entry: for example, a catering equipment supplier / fitter may have replaced an entire commercial kitchen or just one unit e.g. a dishwasher. These Lots are recommended for Trade Buyers who can recondition the Lot if required.

If you PLACE BID (to buy now) on the Lot at the published Reserve (the default figure displayed in the BID box), it will be added to your CART, where you are required to transact to secure the Lot

If you PLACE BID on the Lot below the published Reserve, your bid will be registered for the upcoming Tuesday Timed ONLINE Auction, where the Lot will sell to the highest bidder (if the Lot remains unsold in the interim)
