AUCTION Catalogue/Lots:
If you PLACE MAX BID on the Lot the system will Bid on your behalf, for example:
Lot RESERVE: €80:
Bidder A places a Max Bid of €40, Bidder A is now registered as the highest Current Bid at €40;
Bidder B places a Max Bid of €60, Bidder B is now registered as the highest Current Bid at €60;
Bidder A places a Max Bid of €200, Bidder A is now registered as the highest Current Bid at €80;
Bidder B places a Max Bid of €240, Bidder B is now registered as the highest Current Bid at €210;
Bid Increments:
< €50 = €2.50; < €100 = €5; < €300 = €10; < €500 = €15; < €1,000 = €20; > €1,000 = €25; [< less than; > greater than]
N/A = Not Applicable; TBC = To Be Confirmed.
If a bid is placed within the Final 60 Seconds the countdown timer will reset to another 60 seconds to facilitate a competing bid to be placed - it is NOT advised to wait until the final minute / seconds of the timeout period to place a bid as network, wifi or other potential connection issues may result in your Bid not being registered before the Lot times out. It is recomended to place your MAXIMUM BID initially or at least an hour before the Lot times out.
BUY NOW @ RESERVE Calalogue/Lots:
If you PLACE BID (to buy now) on the Lot at the published Reserve (the default figure displayed in the BID box), it will be added to your CART, where you are required to transact to secure the Lot OR if you PLACE BID on a Lot below the published Reserve, your bid will be registered for a future Timed ONLINE Auction (if the Lot remains unsold).
